About
My childhood heroes were people like Commander Keen and Donatello. And I’m not referring to the Renaissance artist, but the Donatello with green flesh and a bowstaff. At the time my favourite colour was purple, and his weapon just seemed cooler and more versatile than the others’. If I wasn’t so busy drawing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I probably would’ve converted the household broom into a staff and battled an appropriately sized opponent. Like the couch.
Along with recreational drawing I grew up on a staple diet of travel, videogames, and playing in many bottom-of-the-league basketball teams. Clearly professional basketball was not for me, and here I am, a concept artist working in games and other digital media as well as exhibiting.
